KINETINOTE

Privacy Policy

Effective 3 August 2026

KinetiNote is provided by ElectronEdu.

Short version: KinetiNote 1.0 stores your notes on your iPad. We do not operate an account, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, or tracking service for this release.

What KinetiNote stores

KinetiNote stores the notebooks, handwritten ink, imported PDFs, annotations, current-flow paths, component placements, and optional recordings that you create in the app's local storage on your device. These materials are used to provide the editor and are not sent to KinetiNote servers.

Microphone and recordings

If you choose to start a recording, KinetiNote asks for microphone permission and stores the recording locally with the timing information needed to align it with your handwritten notes. Recording is optional. KinetiNote does not upload the recording or its contents to us.

Sharing and export

KinetiNote only shares an exported PDF or image when you explicitly choose Export or Share and select a destination through Apple's system share sheet. The privacy practices of the destination you choose apply after you share it.

Data collection, tracking, and accounts

KinetiNote 1.0 does not collect your notebook content, audio, identifiers, purchase history, or usage data for KinetiNote or third parties. It has no sign-in, advertising, analytics, or tracking feature. The app does not sell personal data.

iCloud and device backups

Your iPad and Apple account settings may back up app data through Apple services. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple; KinetiNote does not operate or access a cloud backup service.

Changes to this policy

If a future KinetiNote version adds an account or cloud feature, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before that feature is released.
